Bug Description

Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager

After enabling desktop effects there's no place where user can edit the settings. At least compizconfig-settings-manager must be installed separately. This is annoying especially if you're a new user and don't have a clue what's missing.
I had this issue on Ubuntu Intrepid.
