blur and reflection plugins look ugly when windows are animated

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz-plugins

Turning blur or reflection on, and setting them to adjust according to alpha value (opacity) of window looks really odd when windows are animated with animations containing fading because the blurring and reflection increase/decrease as the window fades out/in.
These plugins should be disabled for the animating window during the animation of the window.

Is this issue still in effect on newer releases of Compiz/Ubuntu?
