The installation process aborted with the error message displayed above. I also tried to install other applications and I got the same crash ("missing final newline"), so I don't think it's a package error.

Thanks for your report.

Affecting to openldap since it seems to be the root cause of many failure. The filelist for libldap-2.4-2 may be corrupted.

There is a solution for this kind of issue at http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=2635193&postcount=12
