Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

When I'm using various windows and some event occurs that requests raise, it will suddenly seem to disappear completely.

Steps to reproduce:
-Disable 'constrain Y' feature.
-have a single firefox window open
-Alt-click and drag the firefox window such that the toolbar is off the top of the screen.
-Go to another application with links that will be loaded in firefox (I used update manager, clicked on some links in description pane).
-Firefox will suddenly disappear.

If I hit scale, I will see it zip in from the top of the screen. If I pick it, it will be moved just enough where I can grab the bottom edge of firefox. It seems that compiz is deciding to move it for some reason, and calculating very badly where to move it to. I don't understand why it moves it at all...
