Text menu is cut

Bug Description

I've updated from 8.04 to 8.10 rc. Now all my KDE applications have their text menu cut a little bit in the top and the bottom. See attached file.

I have not specified that I'm on Gnome.

I have this bug just with Oxygen widget style ("Apparence -> Style -> Style -> Widget Style" in systemsettings).

I've just seen that Plastique widget style cuts also text menu, but just in the bottom (top is fine).

I have also some cut icons. I attach a screen shot of KSnapshot. We can see that the "Quitter" icon (in the bottom to the right of the image) is cut in its left.
