Bug Description
In a freshly-installed Kubuntu 8.10, although gtk-qt-engine comes by default, when you start a GTK application, the gtk-qt-engine seems not working. The GTK application gives out 2 warnings as follow:
(gtk_app:pid): Gtk-WARNING **: libbonoboui-2.so.0: cannot open sharedobject file: No such file or directory
(gtk_app:pid): Gtk-WARNING **: libbonoboui-2.so.0: cannot open sharedobject file: No such file or directory
After I installed libbonoboui2-0, the gtk-qt-engine works.
This bug does not affect Kubuntu 8.04.1.

I can confirm that.
Since gtk-qt-engine has been updated in Intrepid to not depend on libbonoboui2-0, KDE theme does not apply to GTK applications. Installing libbonoboui2-0 by hand solve the issue.
