[feature-request] Add a project notes feature

It would be handy if Jokosher would add a "project notes" feature, that lets you enter information about a project and saved it somewhere in the project directory.

Here is a use case:

I might be working on a song using a couple of CC licensed loops, from multiple sources. I want to keep track of what loops i am using, what license they are using and who to attribute them to. Once you get over 2 or 3 loops, its pretty difficult to keep all that in your head. Integrating this within Jokosher is easier than keeping it all in a seperate text file, because it is pretty easy to lose text files if they are scattered around your system and noone wants to have too many unneeded applications running at the same time.

XML is dumb, so currently when you open your project, all the tabs will be removed from your notes. Not a huge problem, but should find a way around it eventually.

I have a way to properly escape all characters which cause problems with XML. All formatting will now be preserved in the project notes.
