Bug Description

When trying to launch gedit on Dapper flight 3, the program crashes, with out an error message.

Hello!

I can confirm this. As for error message - it asks if I would like to restart the app or inform developers. The later brings bug buddy.

Daniel, the upstream bug is a nautilus-python one. The bug is likely a missing Depends or something like that. Could you run a "dpkg -l python\*"?

could you run "ls /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/pygtk*" and "python -c import pygtk"?
