URL for radio stations can't be found

Bug Description

Binary package hint: quodlibet

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Quod Libe
2) Menu "View -> Internet Radio"
3) Button "New Station"
4) Inside this dialog "Stations"

When you hit this button you get the error message

No stations found
No Internet radio stations were found at http://www.sacredchao.net/quodlibet/wiki/QL/Master.qlpls?format=txt.

Confirmed. When clicking the "Stations..." button from the new stations window the user is presented with a error message that says " No Internet radio stations were found at http://www.sacredchao.net/quodlibet/wiki/QL/Master.qlpls?format=txt."
