False copy dialogue in Gnome commander

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-commander

When I want to copy a file between two root locations of two different partitions (none of which is the Ubuntu system partition) there appears a false dialogue asking whether I want to create the destination folder. Both partitions are properly mounted as "removable medias" and fully accessible in Nautilus (I mean read / write is enabled for the current user). This happens only when I want to start copying by pressing F5 or clicking the "F5 Copy" button. Drag and drop copying method works well without this dialogue.

Please, see to the enclosed pictures.

The problem persists after all updates. Any forecast when it can be fixed?

I can confirm this. This also happens when I try to copy something to smb shares using the F5 copy / F6 move dialogs. It tells me that the computer does not exist. Of course it doesn't exist, because it's the name of the share folder, not of the computer. On the other hand, copying by drag and drop works perfectly well there.

Due to the last comment (and to the fact that I can't reproduce this), changing this to Fix released.
