Bug Description

openjdk-6-jre-headless is uninstallable due to a dependency on ca-certificates-java, which has been uploaded but not accepted/built yet.

a cyclic dependency is not a problem. you are using the openjdk from the openjdk PPA, which has a dependency on the new ca-certificates-java currently in the upload queue.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  openjdk-6-jre-headless: Depends: ca-certificates-java (>= 20080712ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed

ca-certifcates-java is now in the archive in the required version, and openjdk doesn't have a versioned dependency anymore.
