wrong battery management (MSI PR200/System76 daru2)

linux-image-2.6.27-7-generic breaks the fix of this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/147560
the ec driver is started in interrupt mode although this is not supportet by the laptop.

i think the bug is caused by the fix of this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/acpi/+bug/270017

linux-image-2.6.27-6-generic works fine, linux-image-2.6.27-7-generic breaks the battery management.
