When submitting an idea, the Title is not copied from step 2 to step 3

Bug Description

When I submit an idea, in step 2/3, there is a field that says "Please describe your idea in a few words". I fill this in and then proceed to the next page. On step 3/3, there is a field that says "Title describe in a few words the idea rationale", but it is empty.

The "Title" field on step 3 should be pre-filled with the title I already entered on step 2.

This is done intentionally as Step 2 is meant for "title keywords" while step 3 is meant for a rationale title.
Although, this would be a valid 'wish'.

Adding this comment. (1-? minutes)

Please get this fixed. It's easy and intentionally you _are_ providing a good title (and the form field label even says "title"), so please take it over - you can still edit later..

After all, a good title you can edit is far better than your last thought being eating.

I support this proposal too.

It currently seems that the "title keywords" typed by the user in stage 2 subsequently disappears from the UI. It took me a while to realise that my carefully crafted text was (apparently) becoming lost. I had to go back to re-edit all my ideas subsequently, to alter the text that ended up as the "Rationale" - text that initially I expected would be displayed after the text I typed in stage 2, but which often made less sense when displayed standalone.

This is a usability issue...
