Bug Description

This package installed fine, but failed to compile the empty file. After installaiton of build-essential it succeeded compiling the empty file. It should thus depend on some package(s) installed by build-essential, or on build-essentials.

Errors reported were complaining about missin lots of files. Examples include:

sys/types.h: No such file or directory
dirent.h: No such file or directory
errno.h: No such file or directory
fcntl.h: No such file or directory
math.h: No such file or directory
signal.h: No such file or directory
stdio.h:

among others.

   * Depend on libc6-dev. Debian already has this fix including a new upstream
version, but we are in UVF now. This change can be dropped on the next
     update. (Malone: #28592)
