compiz freezes the whole system in Ubuntu 8.10 when transforming a playing video

I've experienced multiple system freezes when compiz is enabled, and when I minimize a playing video, or switch to another window using the shift switcher. I don't know if there are any reports like this one, I'm attaching my compiz settings.
Using Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 beta on a Dell Inspiron 1525.
