viewport switching sticky windows

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

If I siwtch between viewports using ctrl-alt-arrow (I'm using desktop wall) it does an animation of the windows
moving off; however it does this animation even for windows that are sticky so shouldn't move.

I say that for sticky windows they shouldn't animate at all.

Does this behavior still occur on newer versions of Ubuntu? If yes, please detail more clearly (video, better explanation, etc.)

Tried on Raring; Looks like this got fixed somewhere in the last 4 years.
