With totem ( gstreamer based ) when i seek the position i want in a file, i often get the message "failed to connect to stream: ok" and i loose the video.

This doesn't happen always, but in order to reproduce the bug, you can play a bit on the seek bar ( a bit like a dj scratching ), keeping the mouse pressed on the slider, and the problem should be here.
