Please find a capture attached.

My system :

Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex development branch 8.10
Kernel 2.6.27-7-generic
Firefox 3.0.3
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008101315 Ubuntu/8.10 (intrepid) Firefox/3.0.3

Extensions :
Adblockplus
flashblock
foxmarks
google preview (disabled)
searchstatus
server spy
stumbleupon
tineye
vmware remote console plug-in

What I was doing : nothing really, it seems to happen randomly.
Concurrent open applications : vmware server 2.0, epiphany (x2), thunderbird.

My config :

P5E3 Deluxe + QX9650 ; Nvidia 8600 GTS (drivers version 177) + dual screen with compiz

It happens quite a lot (5 times today ?)

If I can be of any help...

If you are still able to reproduce this please use apport to report the crash. If you still can reproduce it first disable ALL of your extensions and try again.
Might want to also try turning compiz off

Changed in firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
