Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase-
The digital clock plasmoid cuts off part of the date. For example, today is October 18, 2008, but the digital clock reports "8 Oct 200" because it isn't wide enough to display "18 Oct 2008".

I should point out that resizing the panel or moving the clock fixes the problem temporarily, but the date will be obscured again after you log out and log back in.
