Shutdown incomplete on intrepid ibex on my Acer 5520G laptop.

Since yesterday, I have trouble to get a complete shutdown of my intrepid ibex install (up-to-date).

Shutdown process goes well, but after progress bar is empty, there is no electric shutdown. If I press a key, computer is stopped.

I saw these line matching my computer last shutdown time in system.log file :

Looks like an acpi problem ?!
