Inbox window pops up unexpectedly

Bug Description
I use the Inbox window and then close it. Then I click on tray icon to hide the roster.
When I click again to bring back the roster the Inbox window pops up too, without reason.
I have found this out of "Hide all windows on tray icon click" mode. I don't know if it is also outside of that mode.
