Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdepim

Basic mail configuration (POP/SMTP). Fresh 2-day old installation of Kubuntu 8.10

I was able to synchronize all my mail down from my Gmail box. Clicking on sent-items within Kontact will instantly cause the application to crash. I was able to repeat the problem each time.

Thanks for reporting this bug. If you are able to reliably induce this crash please install the package kdepim-dbg then induce the crash. This should give us a more informative backtrace. The one generated by apport is empty.

thanks
