Bug Description
This is a follow up on bug #273132.
When someone URL hacks their way into a bug, like: https:/
We shouldn't encourage URL hacking to perform tasks, and the chances that a user just punched in the bug number in the URL to go to it, instead of wanting to link to it are much higher than an elaborate plan to link the bug to the project.
I'm not sure where the user should get redirected if the bug is linked with more than one project, but I suspect we can pick a good default, like the first place it was reported to.
