process-mail has uncaught deprecation warning from zope

Bug Description

Since 2.1.10 (and the move to zope 3.4) we're getting the following deprecation warnings from process-mail.py:

/srv/launchpad.net/production/launchpad/cronscripts/process-mail.py:8: DeprecationWarning: This module is deprecated and will go away in Zope 3.5. Use zope.component.interfaces instead.
from zope.component.exceptions import ComponentLookupError

Since this runs every 3 minutes, it's causing a lot of unnecessary email.
