Bug Description
There is a time difference of 4 mins between pharosdb and wiki-beta. Because of that the time displayed in history and recentchanges is 4 mins more that the actual time difference.
This should be fixed by setting up ntpd on pharosdb. There seems to be one already running on wiki-beta.
There is one ntpd process running on pharosdb, but as postgres user.
