Bug Description
This may be related to or the same bug as bug #263059.
2.6.27-7.11-generic
32-bit
My IBM t42 sometimes fails to boot. I tried to get a SysRq trace, but the system isn't far enough along for it to do anything. As bug #263059 thinks it may be a iwl3945 issue, I have an ipw2200. I will attach various screenshots momentarily, and will post back after using the artificial delay described in https:/

The above screenshots are all from different failed boots. I have gotten to the point in the 3rd screenshot multiple times, and it is always accompanied with the disk light on (the other two do not ever have the disk light on).
This problem is intermittent, but happens fairly regularly (maybe 50% of the time?).
