[win32] Daap Lookup missing

Bug Description
On windows systems we are missing the ahavi plugin and so we can't find any daap shares.
Steps to reproduce:
- ensure you have Daap Shares in your network (looking at rhythmbox, itunes or an elisa on a linux)
- start elisa on windows
- go into Audio->Network Shares
Expected results:
The daap shares show up and the user is able to access it
Current result:
There are no daap shares shown
