PCMan File Manager should be a main panel icon by default

Bug Description
Ubuntu has its Places menu. I think Ubuntulite needs an easy to find way for people to just find their files and browse their thumb drives, and CDs without knowing to look in System Tools under Applications.
I'd like to see the PC Man File Manager with it's own icon on the main panel by default.

You can add the folder menu applet that is equivalent (or better) than Gnome's Places menu to the panel.
