Bug Description
After today's update (Oct 15) of several compiz packages, the performance of compiz (speed of changing between different saturation/
Changing detailed settings of a plugin (no matter activated or not) won't affect the performance.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Appearance Preferences dialog, go to the Visual Effects page, select Normal (or Extra). Switch between different windows, notice the window's saturation/
2. Launch CompizConfig Settings Manager, activate or deactivate any plugins, e.g. ADD Helper. After this, switch between windows again, now the window's saturation/
3. Open Appearance Preferences dialog again and select Normal (or Extra) in Viusal Effects page, the switching effect will be normal again.
