Only part of the window is displayed in cheese after saving photos or video

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
=========================
1.Open Cheese;
2.Click "Take a photo";
3.Then right click on the photo and choose "Save as…";
4.After saving, check only part of the window displayed, others is blank.
5.The desktop does not refresh itself correctly after the "save" dialogue box is closed. (see the attached image)

Confirmed this behaviour of cheese, dragging the window a bit will fix the issue.

When changing the video sink from Xv to X11 in gstreamer-properties the problem disappears, albeit the video is very slow, estimated fps around 10 or even lower.

The attached cheese version uses X11 as output. Please check if the performance is ok on the Arizona platform.

The function invalid after we recovery the image(11-4)+Bios 1.3

But it's OK when install cheese_2.22.3-0ubuntu1usg7_lpia.deb manually in image(11-4)
