[Xfce] Mouse wheel rotated on window's title bar hides/shows the rest of the window

Supppse you have many maximized Firefox windows on top of each other on workspace. If you accidentally scroll up on title bar by mouse wheel, the window seems to disappear confusing user. I think the behavior should be disabled at least by default. (See also sister bug #226888.)

 Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

It is an issue in Xubuntu 8.10. I can't even find a setting to disable this feature.

Just tried this on Ubuntu 9.04 with xubuntu-desktop 2.82 installed and the Xfce in use. The reported behavior still exists.

Well, this is not a bug but a feature :)

What you have here is a question: "How to disable the title bar scroll action?"
You can ask it here: https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/

If they tell you that there is an easy way to change the configuration, then you can add an idea to http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/ to ask it to be disabled by default.

If they tell you that there is no easy way to change the configuration, then you should add a feature request to xfce: http://bugzilla.xfce.org/
