gnome-audio no longer needs to require removal of other sound themes since gnome 2.24

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-audio

The package gnome-audio currently requires the removal of ubuntu-sounds and/or ubuntustudio-sounds packages and no longer needs to due to improvements in gnome's sound applet which allows for managing multiple system sound themes. All three of these packages can coexist safely because of gnome's improvements here.

Correction: upon inspection of the package, I've noticed that the package does not include a .theme file. I was just going off of a different assumption here, so it can't really coexist until it is packaged as a theme.

I've attached how the packaged files should be named and included a index.theme based on the freedesktop sound theme and naming specifications (http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/sound-theme-spec).
