umbrello text notes do not work

This bug refers to the package umbrello version 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu1:

In umbrello's activity diagrams text notes can not be connected to activity nodes using the anchor tool.
Instead a message box appears reporting "Incorrect use of association".

Bug can be reproduced here.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new activity diagram
- Create an new activity
- Create a new Note
- If you try to connect the note to the activity, you'll get the error message.

Versions:
Umbrello Version 2.1.3
KDE Version 4.1.3
Kubuntu Version 8.10

By way of connecting the note to the activity, I used the "Anchor" command.
