GraceOpenVA Could not start xmgrace

Bug Description

GraceOpenVA expects to find xmgrace in the path. to fix I placed a symbolic link
/usr/local/bin/xmgrace -> /usr/bin/grace

Lance, it seems that xmgrace is on /usr/bin since Dapper.

Before Dapper xmgrace was in /usr/X11R6/bin, now it's in /usr/bin.
