CPU Scaling settings on main window different from menu entry

Bug Description

The CPU scaling settings set at the power manager menu (Right clicking on systray icon->CPU policy-> [option]) is independent of whatever set at the Guidance Power Manager window (opened by Left clicking on the systray icon)
Please see attached screenshot for clarification.

Power manager version: 4.1.2
KDE 4.1.2 Kubuntu Intrepid

I can still reproduce it with the latest updates.

Is this still a problem with latest KDE 4.2beta packages?

I would note that guidance hasn't really been updated since KDE 4.1.3.
