Bug Description

Running an Advent 4211 Netbook (MSI WInd clone). Ubuntu 8.04.1 upgraded day by day to the latest version of Intrepid (since Alpha 6). Two days ago the NetworkManager icon disappeared from the taskbar and I cannot find how to put it back again. The wired connection still works (previously NetworkManager had indicated that it was diconnected, even though it was working).

OK, I have found that it has reappeared in subsequent updates, in the menus under: System > Preferences > Network Configuration
