Dotted line problem with DrawLine

Bug Description
While DrawLine works as our line primitive, it has a problem: In rather sharp Y movement is greater then X movement, we witness a dotted line as opposed to a solid line that would normally appear.

Though this should be fixed before COUGAR hits Beta, the 2D primitives are not as likely to be used by developers, in favor of the blitting actions or the other modes of COUGAR.
