dvb-t scanfile for Prague (cz-Praha) is old

File dvb-utils/examples/scan/dvb-t/cz-Praha does not contain line about newest multiplex in Prague. The correct line would be
T 730000000 8MHz 2/3 NONE QAM64 8k 1/4 NONE
and should be added there.

From the 1st November there is officially new DVB-T scheme in Prague and other cities of Czech. rep.
Before this date there was only provisional scheme.

The new scheme in Prague is this (according to "w_scan -x" I used) -- see attached file

Because there are two television transmitters in Prague (Žizkov and Cukrák)
there should be probably more items in cz-Praha file (or should there be two files??)

This bug can be closed. An updated scan file was included in dtv-scan-tables 0+git20130920.f61d5ec-1.
