Hi, this thing is not fixed. I have not gotten a response from Kjell yet. You can reproduce this by running sudo dpkg-reconfigure -aup low. As you finish that command you will be prompted to restart your system as your kernels have been recompiled. When you login again you get the apport-gtk prompt.
