Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
When dragging the lower-right hand corner of a Nautilus window via the handle, after resizing the window once, the drag handle seems to no longer function. This is using spatial Nautilus, but seems to be broken in browser mode as well. To reproduce: Open a Nautilus window. Mouse to the lower right corner of the window, approaching from the upper left; note where the cursor changes to the resize cursor. Resize the window. Approach the corner again in the same fashion: it doesn't change to the resize cursor until you hit the window border.

Hello,
Bug confirmed, BUT this is not a Nautilus bug.
The same behaviour is present for example in Totem.
So this should be a GTK issue, but I'm unsure about the package...
--> Need help here!
Note : this is not specific to the Human theme, all the other standard themes have the issue
