Add %F to .desktop file for GNOME Do "Open With" support

Bug Description

When selecting files using GNOME Do and choosing "Open With..." and opening with PyRoom, PyRoom opens, but only displays a blank document. Desktop files which do work with "Open With..." seem to all be appending " %U" to the "exec" line in the .desktop file, but this did not work with PyRoom, throwing up an error. " %F" did work, however, and seems to break nothing in the process.
