Bug Description

<https://launchpad.net/bugs/2605> redirects to <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sources/launchpad-integration/+bug/2605>. This was the first context for that bug, but it was rejected there.

I suggest that /bugs/nnn is most likely to Do What I Mean if it redirects to:
* the first open context, if there is one
* otherwise, the first request.

It may save time to fix this bug at the same time as bug 153763. The fix for bug 643376 might use the same context-choosing function.
