Bug Description

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
1 - Right-click on file in Nautilus with multiple potential handlers.
2 - Choose "Properties" from the resultant menu.
3 - Pick the "Open With" tab.
4 - Select an alternative application for it to open with.
5 - Click "Close".
6 - Watch as that Nautilus window is closed, and after a brief delay another one
is opened anchored on your Home directory.

This is very similar to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154298 , but
I'm not sure if it's identical because this neither invokes the Gnome
bug-reporting dialog, or gives any indication of abnormal termination when ran
through gdb.

This is Nautilus 2.13.3 on Dapper. It has occurred with every filetype I've
tried it with.

Apologies if this is a duplicate.

Thanks for your bug. An easy way to know if that's a duplicate is to provide a
backtrace (the bug-buddy dialog to send the bug upstream has it), could you
attach one to a comment?

Thanks, Sebastien. :-) When I filed the report, Nautilus didn't bring up the Bug
Buddy dialog -- the window just closed by itself, which is why I wasn't sure if
it was a duplicate. I just tried it again, however, and the dialog did appear...
I'll attach the backtrace, but I guess this is the same bug that has been
reported multiple times on the Gnome Bugzilla. Sorry.

Thanks for the info. Is this still reproducible? The stack trace mentions xine - did you do anything with movie files? Does this happen with other files as well?
