Bug Description

Possible things to store between sessions:

1. Image & Event layers currently loaded
2. Date
3. Zoom-level
4. Viewport position/Tiles loaded
5. Opacity settings
6. History

Implemented:

1. Zoom-level
2. Event icons

A system has been set-up as to allow easy storing and retrieving of user settings. The other items will be implemented in the coming weeks.

Since most of the functionality has been implemented as of Helioviewer.org 2.0, I'm going to create a separate issue for the one remaining item (history tracking), and close this bug.
