Items in Application Launcher (K-Menu) Favorites cannot be re-ordered

Bug Description
The entries in the Favorites in K-Menu (Application Launcher Widget) cannot be re-ordered -- ie. dragged and dropped to a different position within the favorites menu. They have to be removed from favorites and added again one by one in the order we want them to be.
