Bug Description
The recently used widget list is always empty.
To reproduce:
Close any plasma widget. Not right click on desktop/panel->Add Widgets
In the drop menu, select "Widgets I have used before". The list is empty, even after you reboot.

This needs to be linked with an upstream report. (One probably exists, I would think.)
