I have been trying to reproduce the bug. Happened spontaneously while browsing a folder in Dolphin.
Sorry, I don't really have any more information on how this happened.

That sounds very weird. software-properties-kde is the application to manage software repositories through Adept. I don't see how this could have happened while you were browsing folders.

Where you doing an update by any chance?
