Shutdown and logout icons are missing in IBEX!

I've been running IBEX alpha on my external USB HDD since it came out.

Ever since the beginning the human shutdown and logout icons were wrong, and instead were reverting back to the gnome icons. I originally thought it was just a bug to be fixed with an update. But, i have done several updates, and am now running IBEX beta. I think this bug only affects a few systems, because i have seen others post screenshots of IBEX and their icons are perfectly normal.

I have started this thread on Ubuntu Forums.... please read through it for more detailed info, and screenshot examples.

I'm not sure if these two bugs are the same or not.

Intrepid has reached end of life. Have you had this problem on 12.04 or later?
