Better particleeffect sample

The particle sample gives a nice particle editor, however some feature's would expand it's usage even further.

- Add a grid (3d xyz) onto the particle effect generator (to have sort of orientation in the scene).
- Enable the mousecontrol in the 3d view.
- Add a start / stop button for the particle system into the particle panel. (starting and stopping are a important step in the particle generation process which cant be tested well right now)
