cdrom-checker-menu should make cdrom-checker start without asking

Bug Description

When booting with the 'check' option, cdrom-checker asks for confirmation before
starting, which is unnecessary in this case. cdrom-checker-menu should set
cdrom-checker to true and fset it seen so that this question isn't asked.
